heavier games like this should use newgrounds player
lighter games like pico's school can also use ruffle
there are sometimes messed up textures while emulating in ruffle like for example in this game the enemies body and blood dissapears immedialety after it dies and also there is no bullet number (number of times you can shoot bullets until reloading)

I'm afraid I don't remember. I know I picked them up from a Madness Combat fansite somewhere, but I don't know what it was called or whether it even exists. I don't have the sprites anymore, either.
